In this sacred ceremony, you sit with your sisters, sharing the ancient medicine of cacao, a drink that opens the heart space and softens the soul. As its rich warmth flows through you, you are gently invited to drop into your body, embracing your sacred sensuality and reconnecting with your divine feminine essence.
The beginner pole dancing serves as both a fun and sexy practice, allowing you to explore and express your unique strength, beauty, and confidence in movement. With each spin, turn, and body roll, you honour yourself and each other, creating a deep sense of community and support.
In this space, you are encouraged to release any inhibitions, stepping fully into your power while celebrating the joy and beauty of sisterhood. Through cacao, movement, and shared embodiment, you open new pathways of self-love, awakening, and connection together.

In this sacred gathering, sisterhood thrives as women come together to embrace their sensuality and drop into the divine feminine.
Through beginner pole dancing, the heart-opening medicine of cacao, and embodiment practices, participants are guided to awaken their inner power, nurturing deep connection, self-expression, and healing in a circle of love and support.
This ceremony is for 1-4 women varying from 1.5-3 hours in length, depending on the amount of participants.

Sarah offers a beautiful space to become intimate with one’s sensuality. Initiating with a cocoa ceremony and prayer, she welcomes the Shakti feminine energy to move within the body and spirit to then spiral and play with the pole representing the masculine Shiva energy. A sacred relationship with both energies. For someone who has never tried pole dancing and has had some challenges connecting with my own sensuality, she was gentle in her instructions and provided a safe environment to open and explore this connection with the pole. I came out feeling more connected in my body and senses, and had immense appreciation for this form of dance. It was so much fun, and lots of play. I highly recommend Sarah, if you have always wanted to try pole,but were too nervous to do it in a big group setting. Every woman should try it.
